We’re Fun Pants Film Co.
Here’s What We Make.
Down the Hill
Detective Marty Flynn has a secret: his childhood teddy bear tells him where to find dead bodies. It’s an eerie gift that’s made him an unusually successful cop. His partner, Detective Burke, has no idea about Marty’s strange source of guidance—he just thinks Marty has an impeccable instinct for solving cases.
When the two investigate a series of missing young women, Burke begins to notice Marty’s odd behavior, suspecting that there’s more to his partner’s success than meets the eye. As the case unfolds, Marty is forced to confront his secret: The Bear’s whispers might be more than just a quirky gift, and his partnership with Burke could unravel if the truth comes out.

Writer on the Storm Short Film
This is an arthouse film rendering of what it is to be a screenwriter. The film encapsulates the feeling of the manifestation of the first draft of a screenplay, as well as how it is dashed to bits by the delivery of first notes.
Game of Solitaire Short Film

Some of Our Award-winning Storytelling Endeavors
Yes, we have won awards and garnered some laurels, but we don’t really like to talk about it except for right here.
Fun Pants Film Co. is an award-winning film company and storytelling lab based in Northeast Pennsylvania. Plainly put, stories NEED to be told. So, that’s what we do.
We are professional filmmakers and storytellers creating compelling narrative, documentary, and commercial projects of all kinds that amuse and delight. As an ongoing collaboration between filmmakers Zack Wilcox and Tony Susi, this endeavor is a creative outlet that allows the filmmakers to create on their own terms without the traditional gatekeepers involved in the process.
We provide our knowledge and experience to local clients and fellow filmmakers for commercial and passion projects alike. Through a mix of wild creative chops and a grounded production approach, we set out to make every project fun to make and fun to watch.
Who We Are
An award-winning producing & directing team with the skills to back it up.
Zack Wilcox
Co-Founder / Director / Producer / Cinematographer / Writer
Zack Wilcox is an Upstate New York born and raised filmmaker who brings the sensibilities of small town life into his filmmaking. After an extensive career as a crew member on countless indie features, commercials, television, and music videos, he has honed his skills in the technical aspects of streamlined indie filmmaking. His first feature film as writer/director/producer was Hunting Lands. It is a slow burn suspense/drama that uses very little in the way of dialogue and lets the imagery of the snowy north tell the tale. A career in filmmaking as a director, cinematographer, gaffer, key grip, location sound mixer, and producer has made for an interesting background for his expertise. A love of the process and the storytelling of motion pictures is a strong driving factor in his life.
Tony Susi
Co-Founder / Director / Producer / Writer
Tony Susi is a filmmaker, designer, and multidisciplinary artist based in Pennsylvania. He creates a variety of work through the mediums of film, video, graphic design, and experimental projects for himself, clients, and others.
